"Special thanks to your service department who worked with us in getting our boat in and out quickly for it's 100 hour service. We were vacationing in June and regretted having to give up any time with our boat. (Well, frankly, we regret having to give up any time in our boat vacation or not.) We were trying to coordinate prop repair with the service appointment and Russ was especially good to us--he even called letting us know the boat would be ready in "about 15 minutes so you can head on over this way." "We purchased a new Ebbtide 200 from Northpoint in the spring of 2003. The boat is slipped in the intracoastal waterway (saltwater) 10 months out of the year. I cannot express how happy we are with the reliability and quality of this boat. The ride, performance, and aesthetics are still literally just like the day we bought the boat. After nearly 3 straight years in saltwater, I expected some reliability issues to occur, regardless of brand or type of boat. Absolutely no corrosion at all, and no hull blistering.
